A few years ago, it felt like life was crushing me and I was dragging myself to the finish line that was the end of that year. I squeezed in a weekend of spiritual work with Amyra to help me make it to the end of December – that weekend changed me. I realised it wasn’t necessary for me to wait until I felt crushed to then look for guided spiritual healing and support. If I made a regular commitment, I could take care of myself better.  It’s been a few years now, and I am so grateful for my monthly one-to-one sessions! If I consider health insurance and car insurance as important; then my spiritual well being is an even bigger priority. My regular monthly sessions with Amyra are a key way for me to take better care of my life.
